Q: How does the product get to my computer?
A: Our products are available via our Download Page. To keep costs low, we don't ship anything to your home.
Q: What do I do after I download the software?
A: When the software is downloaded on your system, it behaves like a Demo. You must enter your activation code which you see on the final checkout page, and also in your receipt email. Enter that into the Product Activation window. Activation Code is the same as your "Serial Number" on your order receipt.
